1. Return Window

Most products on Buykko are eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery date. The return window begins on the day the package is delivered (as confirmed by tracking data). Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Products

The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The item is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • The return is initiated through the Buykko platform (My Orders → Return).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return:

✕Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
✕Earrings and pierced jewellery
✕Perishable goods and food items
✕Digital products and software
✕Customised or personalised items
✕Opened beauty and personal care products
✕Items marked 'Non-Returnable' on the product page
✕Products damaged due to misuse

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to My Orders and select the order containing the item you want to return.
  2. Click Return Item and select the reason for return.
  3. Upload photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Submit your return request. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
  5. Our courier partner will schedule a free pickup from your address within 2–3 business days.
  6. Keep the item packed in its original packaging for pickup.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges (for a different size or colour of the same product) are available subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:

  • Go to My Orders → select item → Request Exchange.
  • Choose the desired size or colour.
  • The original item will be picked up when the replacement is delivered.
  • If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.

6. Return Pickup

Return pickups are free of charge. Our courier partner will attempt pickup on the scheduled date. If pickup fails, they will make one more attempt the following business day. Please ensure someone is available to hand over the item.

7. Quality Check

All returned items undergo a quality check at our warehouse. If the item fails the quality check (e.g., used, damaged, missing tags), the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to you. Refunds are processed only after a successful quality check.
