Refunds are processed in the following situations:

| Cash on Delivery (COD) | Buykko wallet credit (instant) or Bank transfer (5–7 days) |
| Buykko Wallet | Instant (credited to your Buykko wallet) |
| EMI | Refunded to card; EMI may still apply per bank policy |
* Timelines are from the date refund is initiated by Buykko, not from the date of return pickup. Bank processing times may vary. Public holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed (e.g., due to a technical error), the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. If it is not reflected after 7 business days, please contact your bank and share the transaction reference with us at support@buykko.com.
Items that are not eligible for return (see our Returns Policy) are also not eligible for a refund, unless they are received in a defective or incorrect condition.
You can check the status of your refund in My Orders → Select Order → Refund Status. You will also receive email and SMS updates at each stage of the refund process.
