Storage is charged by the space your stock takes and for how long; fulfilment is charged per order. Both are quoted before you send anything, and both appear itemised on your settlement.
No hard minimum, but it rarely makes sense below a steady flow of orders. If you are not there yet we will tell you to ship yourself for now.
