Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?+
You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement by visiting My Orders. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. For post-processing cancellations, please contact our support team.
What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?+
If a product becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad) typically receive orders within 2–3 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available on select products.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?+
Free standard delivery is available on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping charge of ₹49.
How do I track my order?+
You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is shipped. You can also visit My Orders on Buykko or use the Track Order feature with your order number.
Do you deliver to all PIN codes in India?+
We deliver to over 25,000 PIN codes across India. At checkout, enter your PIN code to confirm delivery availability. Remote areas may have longer delivery timelines.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
Most products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. See our Returns Policy for the complete list of eligible categories.
How do I initiate a return?+
Go to My Orders, select the item you want to return, choose a reason, and submit your request. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address within 2–3 business days.
When will I receive my refund?+
Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds are processed within 2 business days. It then takes 3–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?+
Yes, exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product are available where stock permits. Initiate an exchange from My Orders within 7 days of delivery.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders up to ₹5,000.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Buykko never stores your card numbers. All transactions are encrypted with SSL.
Why was my payment declined?+
Payments can fail due to incorrect card details, insufficient balance, bank authentication issues, or network errors. Please try again or use an alternative payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank.
Account
How do I create an account?+
Click Sign Up on the top right of the homepage. You can register with your email address or continue with Google. A verification email will be sent to activate your account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?+
Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email. The link expires after 30 minutes.
How do I delete my account?+
To request account deletion, email us at privacy@buykko.com. Note that order history may be retained as required by Indian tax laws.
